The illustrations, created exclusively for this publication, are credited to the project designer ALT+O, whose exceptional work and dedication brought the vision and story to life.

No part of this publication may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means—electronic, mechanical, or otherwise—without the prior written permission of the author, except in the case of brief quotations in reviews or commentary.

The story, characters, and all material, including text and illustrations, are the intellectual property of the author and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited by law.

Purchase Terms & Conditions

We’re a small business with a big heart, but we also need clear rules to serve you fairly. The following terms apply to all purchases and returns.

1. General
We’re a small team working hard to bring you products we believe in. Product availability and pricing may occasionally change, but we do our best to keep things updated in real time. For wholesale or retail orders (B2B), the same terms in Section 7 apply, which are also outlined in our Sales & Return Policy.

2. Payments
We accept most major credit cards and online payment options. Payments are securely processed because protecting your information is important to us.

3. Shipping
We pack and ship orders with care, usually within 1-3 business days. As a small business, we rely on third-party carriers, and while we can't control delivery times, we’re always here to help if any issues arise. Wholesale or retail orders (B2B) will receive estimated shipping timelines upon order confirmation. Bulk orders may require additional processing time.

4. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, please contact us at info@bonesisback.com. Returns are accepted only under the conditions stated in our Sales & Return Policy, which includes unopened/unused items, a 20% return handling fee as outlined in that policy, and customer responsibility for return shipping. We kindly ask for your understanding that, as a small business, our return and exchange processes might not be as fast as larger companies – but we promise to handle every request personally and fairly.
B2B (retail and wholesale) orders are final and non-refundable. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if items arrive damaged or defective, with claims submitted in writing to info@bonesisback.com within 7 days of delivery along with photographic proof.

5. Limitation of Liability
We stand by the quality of our products, but we can’t be responsible for indirect or unforeseen issues. Except as required by law, remedies are limited to replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

7. Retail and Wholesale Orders (B2B)
If you are a retailer or business placing a wholesale order, please be aware of the following:
- All B2B orders are final and non-refundable.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the items are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Any damage claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt, along with photo documentation.
- By placing a retail or wholesale order, you agree to these terms.

Sales & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Bones and Friends! As a small company, we pour our heart into every product and genuinely care about your experience. Your support means everything to us, and we strive to provide quality and care with every order. We kindly ask that you read the following return terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase or return. These policies help us continue serving you while ensuring we manage our resources responsibly.

1. Sales and Returns
All sales are considered final. As a small business, we operate with limited resources, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. In rare and exceptional cases, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
1. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
2. Approved B2C returns are subject to a 20% handling fee to cover processing, restocking, and handling costs.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

B2B (retail and wholesale) orders are final and non-refundable. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if items arrive damaged or defective, with claims submitted in writing to info@bonesisback.com within 7 days of delivery along with photographic proof.

2. Return Authorization
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bonesisback.com. We're happy to work with you, but please note that returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted. This return authorization process applies only to individual (B2C) customers. B2B customers must notify us of damaged or defective goods within 7 days of delivery, as stated above.

3. Refund Processing
Once the item(s) are received and inspected, a refund (total value product(s) purchased minus the 20% handling fee) will be issued to your original payment method. We ask for your patience – please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refunds are not applicable to B2B retail or wholesale orders unless items were reported as damaged or defective within the required time frame.

Bones Care & Safety Guidelines

At Bones & Friends, product safety is our top priority. We understand the responsibility that comes with creating toys for children and families, and we are committed to delivering products that meet the necessary safety and quality standards such as the ASTM F963 (American Society for Testing and Materials) and CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act). 1. IMPORTANT: Handle Bones with Care

The Bones figure is designed with movable joints for easy posing and gentle play. The joints are engineered as snap-fit systems to avoid using screws and make the figure safer for children. Joints may detach. They can be safely reattached. In particular, the neck, shoulders, pelvis, and hips are delicate, move-only joints (not intended to be removed). Handle with care, and do not attempt to detach or reattach joints that are not intended for that. Pressing, squeezing, or excessive force may cause damage, cracks, or breakage of the Bones figure.

Bones is here to bring smiles, not stress - so thank you for keeping the fun safe by treating him with care! Sure, he’s a skeleton, but you can see his heart - a reminder he’s sensitive and needs gentle handling.

2. To Avoid Damage or Injury

Move joints slowly and carefully
Never twist, push, pull, or bend joints beyond their natural limits
Do not throw, drop, or sit on Bones. Avoid any play that places extra pressure on the figure
Young children must always be supervised during play
Bones is intended for indoor play and display only
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — Small parts. Not for children under 4 years.

This product complies with U.S. toy safety standards ASTM F963 and CPSIA.

3. Disclaimer

Bones is a collectible figure intended for display and gentle play only. Damage, breakage, or injury from misuse, rough handling, or excessive force or pressure is not eligible for replacement or refund. Except as required by law, no express or implied warranties apply. For eligible claims, remedies are limited to a replacement or refund, at the discretion of Bones & Friends, LLC.

Bones & Friends, LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any injuries, damages, or product failure resulting from improper use, failure to follow these guidelines, or use in a manner inconsistent with intended purpose. Use at your own risk. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Jurisdiction and Venue

Bones & Friends, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates and sells our book and toy set through Amazon, our official website, and at local farmers markets. We are based in Orange County, Orlando, Florida, USA.

By purchasing, accessing, or using our products or website, you agree that any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to these terms, our products, or your use of our website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. You expressly consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for purposes of litigating any such action.

We make no representation that our products or website content are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in any particular location. If you choose to purchase or use our products, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Amendment

We reserve the right to update, modify, add to, or delete portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically and stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

International Use

Bones & Friends, LLC (“Bones & Friends,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) manufactures and distributes its products in compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations of the United States, including those established by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Our products are intended for sale and use exclusively within the United States. Therefore, we only ship to U.S. customers.

We do not represent or warrant that our products comply with any laws, regulations, standards, or requirements of any jurisdiction outside the United States. If you purchase our products and choose to order, ship, use, distribute, or import them outside the United States, you do so entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any such use, resale, or importation complies with all applicable local laws, safety standards, labeling requirements, import regulations, and customs rules in your jurisdiction.

Bones & Friends, LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, customs seizure, or legal consequence resulting from the use or distribution of our products outside the United States. Customers purchasing from our website agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bones & Friends, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to such international use or distribution.

General Provisions

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to principles related to conflicts of law. If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that specific part will be considered separate from the rest of the terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our decision not to enforce any part of these terms at any given time does not mean we waive our right to enforce that or any other part in the future.
